Our pull plate for the J and J2 lasher may look a little different than what you're use to seeing. We have removed the bracket that the strand lock pivot plate engages with and here's the reason. Over 90% of those strand lock pivot plates/hold down plates become bent, broke or stuck behind the strand lock which renders the strand lock inoperable and could affect front gate operation. When lashers come in for service, we remove the strand lock pivot plate so it can't cause you issues down the road. If your current pull plate is good then you're good. If your plate needs replaced, this plate fits and functions just like the original, just missing the bracket.
